While you have the zune software open synch with anything. In the middle of the synch process go to the task manager and close the ZUNE.EXE. Once this is closed you will still be synched. no drag and drop into the music file. the end. true story. when you plug the zune back in open up the zune software AND the task manager (ctrl.alt.delete.) once the task manager is open look for the ZUNE.EXE ((this will be important later on)).
